Photographs of the South African 4-8-2 3007 15F Steam Loco & Tender at Truckhaven, Carnforth on Wednesday 22nd August 2007. The loco and tender was enroute from Durban, South Africa to Glasgow via sailing into Immingham Docks, then by road M62, M61, M60, M6 and M74. Locomotive and tender weigh 109 tonnes and was built be the North British Locomotive Co. at Hyde Park in Glasgow in 1945. It is a Narrow Gauge (3ft 6in) locomotive and will be restored in its home city and was saved by the First group.
